Doctors and Staff

  • Dr.
    Valerie
    Owner/Optometrist/NeuroVisual Specialist

It’s no secret doctors don’t go to school to become business people. They begin their journey wanting to help, heal and nurture. That was, is and will always continue to be Dr. Biscardi’s mission in providing you with the best encompassing eyecare experience the City of Philadelphia has to offer.

Over her 20+years of practice, Dr. Biscardi has worked in various optometric sectors such as hospital-based, education, and corporate retail. None has been as rewarding as owning her own specialty care clinic. As a child, Dr. Biscardi fell in love with optometry when she was given her first pair of eyeglasses. Being able to see clearly for the first time helped her realize the true impact vision has on the world. She aims, with all her heart, to bring that understanding and feeling of visual freedom to every patient interaction.

Dr. Biscardi continues her mission to provide “concierge” style optometric eyecare, glasses and customized contact lens experiences with the introduction of NeuroVisual Medicine into her practice. She is now the regions leading NeuroVisual Optometry provider.
