New Patients: After being scheduled to see one of our doctors, you will be sent electronic forms to fill out prior to your appointment. We highly recommend bringing in an old Rx of your glasses or contacts to your appointment.
Appointments and Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. If you cancel without giving 24 hours notice we will charge a $50 cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and are able to waive the fee with a true emergency with proof of things like a doctors note, positive Covid-19 test, etc.
After hours emergencies: We ask that if you have an eye emergency outside of our normal business hours that you go to Wills Eye Hospital or to your nearest urgent care or emergency room.
